Mosla anti-inflammatory effects of total flavonoids and its mechanism

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 6 Mosla anti-inflammatory effects of total flavonoids and its mechanism Author: Nie Ben Yu XIONG Yao-Kang Pai Ping-ping Chen Huan Fang-Fang Wang [Abstract] Objective To observe the Mosla anti-inflammatory effects of total flavonoids and their mechanism of a preliminary study. Methods xylene-induced mouse ear edema, acetic acid-induced increase in capillary permeability in mice, carrageenan-induced paw swelling and inflammation in rat model of balloon Yandeng were observed Mosla of total flavonoids of different inflammation model of anti-inflammatory effect and to determine protein, prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA) content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. Results Mosla flavonoids can significantly reduce the capillary permeability in mice, inhibited xylene-induced ear swelling in mice, reducing mouse paw edema, reducing inflammatory tissue content of PGE2, inhibit carrageenan-induced inflammation in rat model of balloon exudate in the total protein content, decreased plasma NO, MDA content, increased plasma SOD activity. Conclusion Mosla flavonoids has obvious anti-inflammatory effects, its anti-inflammatory effect may be related to the decrease of vascular permeability, inhibit PGE2, NO and other inflammatory mediators in generation and enhance the removal of oxygen free radicals, anti-lipid peroxidation ability. [Keywords:] Mosla mechanism of anti-inflammatory effects of total flavonoids Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the anti-inflammatory effect of flavones in Mosla hangzhowensis Matsuda and its mechanism.MethodsAuricle edema induced by dimethylbenzene, permeability of blood increase by HAc and edema in feet induced by carrageenan in mice, Air-pouch acute inflammation induced by carrageenan in rats were applied for anti-inflammatory experiments. Anti-inflammatory effect of flavones in Mosla hangzhowensis Matsuda were obseved in different models, then the content of protein, prostaglandin E2 (PGE2)
