Designed ‘dual-compartment petri dishes’ and ‘double-cabin floating method (B method)’ capture mouse sperm, and with the current widely used ‘conventional floating method (A method)’ paired comparison experiments. With A, B method were collected for both sides the same mice sperm. Active in the campaign pending the outcome of sperm from the ‘two-compartment Petri dish’ swim out of the inner compartment to the outer compartment. A, B 2 obtained prior to the separation of the percentage of sperm movement were (56.83 ± 7.23)% and (77.33 ± 5.69)%, coefficients of variation were 12.72% and 7.36%, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion ‘B Act’ can significantly improve the stability and forward movement of sperm percentage, better than ‘A Method’. The aim of this research is in order to improve the ratio of forward motile sperm collecting from mouse epididymides.
