Results lesions in 30 cases, 26 cases of benign lesions, mostly pleomorphic adenoma (13/26), T1WI low signal, T2WI high signal, the signal even or uneven, marked enhancement after enhancement, followed by adenolymphoma (7 / 26), lesion edge finishing, T1WI low signal, T2WI high signal, easily cystic or liquefied, the majority of mild to moderate enhancement of malignant lesions in 4 cases, the majority of mucoepidermoid carcinoma, showing the boundary unclear, invasive growth, some lesions may have increased lymph node. Conclusion According to MRI performance, combined with the clinical, the majority can make the correct diagnosis of parotid lesions. Methods 30 patients proved with parotid disease were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were scanned with plain and contrast MRI.
