Method uses TOSHIBA Aquilion 16-slice spiral CT scans of pancreatic cancer patients enhanced, arterial phase and portal venous phase CTA peripancreatic vascular three-dimensional imaging. Use, respectively, three-dimensional images and a simple axial images of the peripancreatic vessels to determine whether the involvement and evaluation, and comparison with surgery. Results There were 42 cases of patients, CTA three-dimensional image display of vascular invasion in 28 cases, CT axial image shows a simple vascular invasion in 25 cases, intraoperative findings of vascular invasion in 29 cases. CTA three-dimensional images of vascular invasion to determine the sensitivity of 93.10%, specificity of 92.31%, CT axial images alone to determine the sensitivity of 82.76% of vascular invasion and specificity of 92.31%.
