Methods: Observation of 20 cases of neoadjuvant chemotherapy group and the control group, 20 cases of breast cancer cell ultrastructure changes. Results: The neoadjuvant chemotherapy group ultrastructure of tumor cells showing varying degrees of cytotoxic injury, neo-adjuvant chemotherapy group and the control group the number of mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticulum the number of differences were statistically significant (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can reduce the number of breast cancer cell mitochondrial damage, morphological changes; so rough endoplasmic reticulum degranulation, damage reduced. Method: The ultrastructure of 20 cases of human breast carcinoma after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and the ultrastructure of 20 cases of control group were observed by transmission electron microscope. Results: In neoadjuvant group, the tumor cells showed some noxious injuries. The quantities of mitochondrion in neoadjuvant group were significantly differently from those of control group (P amp;lt;0.05), The quantities of rough endoplasmic reticula in neoadjuvant group were significantly differently from those of control group (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion: The neoadjuvant chemotherapy can damnify the mitochondria decrease their number and change their configuration; the neoadjuvant chemotherapy can degranulate the rough endoplasmic reticula and decrease their number.
