Conclusion emodin on lipid metabolic disorder caused by prednisone have a preventive effect. Treatment with emodin markedly increased in the serum HDL-Cholesterol level and decreased serum sulfur. Emodin prevented adipogenic differentiation of MSCs from prednisone-treated rats.ConclusionE
