Western-blot analysis were used to dectect protein level of SR-A1.Results THP-1 macrophage cells is treated with 1μ mol / L and 10 μ mol / L noradrenalin, the mRNA and protein levels of SR-A1 increase (P amp;lt;0.05). Conclusion Stress concentrations of noradrenalin cause SR-A1 expression increased in human THP-1 macrophage cells.
