[Abstract] Objective To study the nursing job satisfaction rate of statistical methods. Method uses homemade lt;lt;ward nursing satisfaction surveygt;gt; take 3 different statistical method the hospital ward nursing job satisfaction. Results match variance analysis of 3 methods had significant difference (P lt;0.01), by SNK analysis, in addition to Method 2 and Method 3, no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05), the approach and method between 1,2 1,3 There was significant between the difference (P lt;0.05). Conclusions The method is 3 to better reflect the evaluation of patient care, better, more scientific evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of care, predict patient implied potential demand, thus promoting continuous improvement of quality of nursing service.
