Nursing will now be summarized as follows. A clinical data The group of 68 cases of traumatic thoracolumbar fractures. 47 cases were male and 21 females; aged 21 to 55 years old, with an average 37.5 years old. Damage site: T11 11 Li, T12 27 Li, L1 23 Li, L2 7 cases; injuries reasons: traffic accident injuries in 28 cases, falling falls 31 patients injured by 9 cases; spinal cord injury by Frankel Category: A-level in 7 cases, B-10 cases, C grade in 15 cases, D grade in 17 cases, E-class 19 cases. All patients were AF with posterior fixation and bone grafting for treatment.
