Compared with model group, compound 3 could lower serum ALP, ALT, AST levels (P lt;0.01), and co can decrease Shixiaosan TBil (P lt;0.01), together side to improve the ALP, ALT unilateral .3 better than two different degrees of compound could reduce the degree of liver fibrosis in rats (P lt;0.01), together the two parties is better than unilateral. UDCA can reduce the ALT, AST levels, but no significant improvement on the role of liver fibrosis. Compared with model group, three compound group a significant increase in uPA expression (P lt;0.01), which combined side was the highest, followed by Shixiaosan group again two to pill group, the difference between the three statistically significant (P lt;0.05, P lt;0.01) . Conclusion of two to pills, and the combined Shixiaosan party may intervene in different degrees of cholestatic liver fibrosis, which may be with the regulation of uPA protein.
