Conclusion: The olfactory fissure bleeding is not easy detection, treatment, using endoscopy and found the correct way to check for bleeding point is the key. Conclusion: Olfactory cleft bleeding is difficult to be found and treated. Nasal endoscopic surgery provides an effective and safe method for it.
