Methods: The quantum dots were detected by immunofluorescence staining of gastric cancer tissue microarray, the expression of telomerase and PCNA protein. PCNA expression in Ⅲ - Ⅳ, positive group was significantly higher than of group Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ , and the difference was significant (χ2 = 7.729, P = 0.005), and the expression of telomerase and PCNA showed significant positive correlation (r = 0.368, P = 0.002).
