Penehyclidine hydrochloride high concentration of oxygen inhalation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease bronchodilation
[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the Penehyclidine hydrochloride (PHC for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD bronchodilation. Methods 92 patients with COPD were randomly divided into penehyclidine hydrochloride 31 patients, ipratropium bromide group 34 cases, 27 cases in control group, the corresponding two inhaled drugs drug group, 3 groups were high oxygen concentration. measured in all patients before and after treatment forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1. Results penehyclidine hydrochloride group and the isopropyl tiotropium group compared with before treatment FEV1 were significantly increased (P lt;0.05). to improve the rate of FEV1gt; 15% as effective, the effective rate in both groups higher than 80%, no significant difference between the two (Pgt; 0.05.) effective rate control group, compared with the two drugs significantly different (P lt;0.05). Conclusion anticholinergic drugs by reducing pulmonary artery pressure and improved ventilation function in patients with COPD.

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficiency of penehyclidine hydrochloride in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Ninety two patients with COPD were randomly divided into three group: 31 patientsin penehyclidine hydrochloride, 34 ones in atrovent and 27 ones in control group . The patients in two drug groups inhaled corresponding drugs, all patients in three groups inhaled high concentration oxygen. The forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) was measured before and after inhalation. Results FEV1 in two kinds of drug group were both improved after inhalation (P lt;0.05). The efficiency of the two drugs were both higher than 80%, taking the improvement r
