Methods of 4 cases of liver transplant patients, perioperative nutritional management, its methods and results were analyzed retrospectively. Results 4 patients preoperatively varying degrees of malnutrition, operating maintenance management, preoperative nutritional status has improved, postoperative aminotransferase, albumin and other indicators returned to normal, discharged. Conclusion Perioperative nutritional management with proper nutrition therapy for liver transplantation play an important role in the rehabilitation of patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the nutrition management of 4 cases in the perioperative period of liver transplantation. Results Malnutrition of different degrees was found in the 4 cases in the perioperative period; the pre-operative nutrition state was improved after nutrition management was provided; the index of transaminese and albumin after operation restored to normal and the patients discharged with recovery. Conclusions It is of important effect to provide nutrition management with proper nutrition therapy on the recovery of the patients of liver transplantation.
