Methods: 18 mice were randomly divided into model group, treatment group and control group. Model induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid non-specific peritonitis to observe the pathological changes in abdominal, lung tissue NO (Nitric Oxide, NO), MDA (Malondialdehyde, MDA, reduced glutathione (Glutothione, GSH content. the treatment group after experimental peritonitis induced by intraperitoneal injection Phenytoin. Result: The lung tissue NO, MDA was significantly increased, GSH content was significantly decreased. NO and MDA treatment group was significantly lower than the model group, GSH was significantly increased. CONCLUSION: The mouse peritonitis increase in lung tissue and high concentrations of NO free radicals involved in injury, phenytoin treatment of early protective effect against free radical damage.
