MethodsMSCs were isolated from rat bone and cultured under Polygonum multiflorum polysaccharide, tetrahydroxystilbene Glycoside or polygonum multiforum medicated serum for 72h.After the induction, the proliferation effect on MSCs was detected with MTT.
