Methods A select group of 8 to 40 weeks pregnancy into the set of objects, using SCL-90 (mental health symptoms self-assessment Scale), SSRS (Social Support self-assessment scale), SCSQ (Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire) to investigate. Results of women’s mental health during pregnancy by social support and coping style directly affected by both mental health and interpersonal sensitivity, depression and anxiety and other factors indirectly affect the degree of social support and coping style use of negative factors. Conclusion mental health care during pregnancy is an important guarantee for prenatal and postnatal care, urban prenatal care during pregnancy should be to strengthen family and social support utilization, reduce the negative factors in coping is to promote the mental health of pregnant women in an effective way. Methods We randomly chose the pregnant women from 8 weeks to 40 weeks as the samples, and we used the SCL- 90, SSRS, SCSQ as the tools.Results The psychological health had been influenced directly by SSR and SCS, meanwhile indirectly influenced the SSRS’s use and SCSQ’s negative factors.Conclusion The psychological health is very important for the pregnant female. To enhance the family and social support meanwhile reduce the SCSQ’s negative factors are the effective approaches.
