Methods of surgical treatment and 14 pathologically confirmed primary pulmonary sarcoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results 14 patients, 11 patients with preoperative diagnosis of primary lung cancer, 3 patients were diagnosed as pulmonary cysts; 14 patients underwent radical tumor resection; 4 patients received postoperative 2 ~ 4 cycles of chemotherapy. Pathological diagnosis: pulmonary blastoma in 6 cases, leiomyosarcoma in 3 cases, fibrosarcoma in 2 cases, cancer, sarcoma in 2 cases (jelly-like substance carcinosarcoma in 1 case, nodular cancer, sarcoma n = 1), accompanied by giant cells Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma in 1 case.
