In recent years, we will propofol remifentanil intravenous anesthesia for pediatric tonsillectomy, anesthesia better results are reported as follows. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information The proposed line of tonsillectomy in children with 50 patients, ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade, 28 males and 22 females, aged 2 to 10 years old, weighing 10 ~ 32kg, were randomly divided into two groups with fentanyl and remifentanil groups, each group of 25 cases. 1.2 Anesthesia 30min preoperative intramuscular injection of pethidine 1mg/kg, promethazine 0.5mg/kg, atropine 0.01mg/kg, open vein, oxygen masks. The slow intravenous injection of remifentanil group 0.1mg/kg midazolam, 0.10mg/kg one million pine, 1.5mg/kg propofol, 1μ g/kg Remifentanil, photopic oral endotracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation, respiratory rate 14 ~ 20 times / min, tidal volume of 10 ~ 15ml/kg, suction, respiratory ratio of 1:2, adjusting the ventilation parameters to remain at 3.5 ~ 4.5kPa. To micro-pump infusion of remifentanil (0.05 ~ 0.20) μ g * kg-1 * min-1, propofol (0.25 ~ 0.50) μ g * kg-1 * min-1, according to BP, HR adjusted Ruifen too Nepal and the infusion rate of propofol, surgical 5min to stop before the end of infusion.
