In order to make psychological services for patients, they are required to keep nurses in their own state of mind in good health. In full of opportunities and challenges of the 21st century nurses more and more pressure on the source. the professional responsibility of nurses heavy workload, often facing death or dying patients; in contact with the patients and their families are sometimes not understood or threatened, etc. These constitute the nursing work stress factors. long-term psychological stress will directly affect their health and quality of work. In order to promote the mental health nurses, to maintain stability and improve the care team the quality of care, the care of people in our hospital carried out investigation of psychological stress. 1 Subjects and methods August 2006 in our hospital clinical care in more than one year of age from 18 to 291 nurses, 54 to investigate.
