 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 6 Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis clinical analysis of 12 cases [Abstract] Objective physicians to improve clinical recognition of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis, respectively, from the clinical manifestations, pathological characteristics and in terms of diagnosis and treatment of the disease to be explored. Methods 12 cases of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis clinical data, combined with the literature analysis of its clinical features. Results Clinical symptoms include: difficulty breathing activity in 12 patients (100.00%), cough in 11 cases (91.67%), expectoration 9 cases (75.00%), chest tightness, 5 cases (41.67%), hemoptysis in 1 case (8.33%). Signs include: inspiratory crackles or Liebo tone in 5 cases (41.67%), percussion dullness in 4 cases (33.33%), cyanosis in 3 cases (25.00%), digital clubbing in 2 cases (16.67%). Imaging findings include: map-like performance in 11 cases (91.67%), pulmonary edema-like performance in 8 cases (66.67%), gravel-like performance in 6 cases (50%), pulmonary interstitial fibrosis-like performance in 5 cases (41.67% ), pulmonary indeed changed appearance performance in three cases (25%). Conclusions Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis after the performance of the lack of specificity of X-ray, CT / HRCT may be a relatively typical changes (map-like performance, gravel-like performance). Characteristics of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis manifested as separation of the clinical symptoms and signs, imaging and signs inconsistent phenomenon. Bronchoalveolar lavage is a simple and effective treatment methods.
