The results showed that fusion protein molecular weight of about 38 kD, the total bacterial protein expression accounted for more than 15%, anti-GST and anti-VEGF  D antibodies that are able to identify the fusion protein; purified GST  VEGF  D fusion protein and VEGFR  3/Fc have a binding activity, and can stimulate the erythroleukemia cell line HEL cell growth; in chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane experiments, GST  VEGF  D with the promotion of chick chorioallantoic membrane angiogenesis effect.
