 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 10 RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of anti-cerebral bad Capsule puerarin and 2,3,5,44-hydroxy-stilbene2OβDglucoside content of [Abstract] Objective To establish the anti-cerebral bad Capsule puerarin and 2,3,5,4 ‘ 4-hydroxy-stilbene  2  O  β  D  method for determination of grape glycosides. Methods RP-HPLC column was Nova-Pak C18 (150 mm * 3.9 mm, 4 μ m), flow rate 0.8 ml * ml-1, acetonitrile: water (20:80) as mobile phase, detection wavelength to 320 nm. Results Puerarin linear range of 0.3056 ~ 1.528 mg * ml-1, r = 0.999 7, the average recovery was 98.15%, RSD = 1.20% (n = 6); 2,3,5,4 ‘- tetrahydroxy - stilbene-2-O-β -D-glucoside in the linear range of 1.024 ~ 8.192 μ g * ml-1, r = 0.999 5, the average recovery was 97.46%, RSD = 2.12% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the capsule of puerarin and 2,3,5,4 ‘- tetrahydroxy-stilbene  2  O  β  D  glucoside determination. MethodsRP  HPLC was conducted on a waters Nova-PakC18 column (4 μ m, 150 mm * 3.9 mm) with acetonitrile-water (20:80), the flow rate was 0.8 ml * ml-1, the detection wavelength was 320nm. ResultsThe linear range was 0.3056 ~ 1.528 mg * ml-1 ( r = 0.999 7), the average recovery was 98.15%, RSD = 1.20% (n = 6) for puerarin and the linear range was 1.024 ~ 8.192 μ g * ml-1 (r = 0.999 5), the average recovery was 97.46% , RSD = 2.12% (n = 6) for 2,3,5,4 ‘-Tetrahydroxy-stibene-2-O-β -D-glycoside. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and suitable for the determination of puerarin and 2,3,5,4 ‘-Tetrahydroxy-stibene-2-O-β -D-glycoside in Kangnaoshuai capsule.
