Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.065 6 ~ 0.656 μg for synephrine and linear equation was Y = 478 526.3X +827.146, r = 0.999 8. The average recovery was 99% and the related standard deviation (RSD) was 0.99% (n = 6). Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and proper, and the reduplication of the result was good. It provides scientific quantitative analysis method of synephrine in Zhizhu Wan.
