Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal weight control group (10) and experimental group (40), experimental animals left by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin streptozotocin (streptozotocin, STZ), 60mg/kg an injection, diabetic rat model was prepared. the 40 experimental rats by blood glucose value of the reference body weight divided into 4 groups: diabetic control group, zinc group with diabetes, diabetes make VE group, diabetes supplement Zn + VE group 6 weeks after the rats were killed, cut ventricular tissue, immunohistochemistry staining, myocardial tissue were observed expression levels of Smac, the use of HPIAS 2000 image analysis system Smac expression in the above groups, the average optical density and the average positive area rate.
