Needs analysis under the principle of the University of Business English Courses
[Abstract] In order to meet our constant demand for foreign-related economic talent in recent years, more and more colleges and universities opened the University Business English courses. How to language learning and business knowledge, combined to form a distinctive course? Many scholars to explore and research. All colleges and universities this course’s requirements are different, resulting in the curriculum appears quite different. In this paper, needs analysis theory as a guide, combined with teaching practice, put forward the non-English professional business English curriculum principles to be followed.

1 Introduction
Curriculum is an important part of teaching. Hutchinson and Waters (1993:21) is defined curriculum: ‘Set a course is basically a series of issues in order to outline the future design, learning and teaching materials, classroom teaching and assessment to provide a theoretical basis. ‘In order to comply with China’s foreign economic and expanding needs of business, and many colleges and universities have opened in recent years, non-English professional business English courses, course categories have grown. Business English Course is to combine business knowledge and English language into the business activities, students business skills and English language skills in a course.
However, how to transfer business knowledge and skill to go into English teaching, it is a Business English teacher needed for each study. Business English lessons by no means simply to enable students to master a few business English words, or in English to students for all aspects of the business aspects of texts.
