The current level of female education in Qinghai is not optimistic, there are many problems. Primary school enrollment rates of school-age children and girls respectively in 2000 to 94.23% and 93.09% to 2006, 97.05% and 96.7%; the beginning of senior high school female gross enrollment rate increased from 2000 to 78.35% and 3.76% to 88% and 55.22%; young adults in 2000 female literacy rate from 72.1% to 78.57%. New female labor force and working women and workers can generally accepted forms of adult education, the majority of women have come to accept the concept of lifelong education to improve.  With the fourth census in 1990, compared to women’s education levels have also been improved, for every 10000 population in a variety of women’s educational level has improved significantly with the number of people; illiterate population decline; women’s average years of education compared with men gradually reduced; the number of women’s education of the population decreases with age, but continues to grow.
