Method To analyze the effect of discectomy clinical pathway for lumbar disc herniation patients and to optimize the existing pathway; and then to accurately cal? culate the disease cost by using direct credited method , ratio of income and expenditure method , and method with cost accounting for the number of bed days. Result The cost under optimized clinical pathway was 5798. 16 Yuan , which w筒 lower than that be? fore which was 334.57 Yuan. Conclusion 咀le effective implementation of the clinical pathway needs continuous improvement. Accurate accounting of 也e single disease cost based on the optimized clinical pathway can provide reasonable data preferences for the single disease payment of medical insurance.
