Management Sep. 2012 文章编号 :1005-2542(2012)05-0662-06 基于持续创新能力的汽车产业并购整合模拟 张峰，柏春华，何国 (上海理工大学管理学院，上海 200093) E 摘要】中国汽车产业并购整合的核心问题之一是如何有效提升持续创新能力。通过运用动态战咯地 图方法，构建了基于持续创新能力的中国汽车产业并购整合模型，并在验证模型的有效性的基础上，对产学 研合作力度、市场集中度和污染排放因子进行动态模拟研究。模拟结果表明:适度的产学研合作力度能够有 效提升持续创新能力;而仅提高市场集中度难以显著提升持续创新能力;提高污染排放标准有利于提升持续 创新能力，但边际增长效应呈现递减性。 关键词:汽车产业;持续创新能力;并购整合;动态模拟 中固分类号 :F 275.5 文献标识码 :A An Similation Study on Mergers Acquisitions Integration of Automobile Industry based on Sustainable Innovation Capability ZHANG Zheng , BAI Chun-hua , HE Yuan (School of Management, Shanghai University of Science and Technology, Shanghai 200093 , China) [Abstract One of the core issues of Mergers Acquisitions (M A) of Chinese automobile industry is to promote sustainable innovation capability effectively. By using dynamic strategic map, we build system dynamics model of MA of Chinese automobile industry based on sustainable innovation capability. We then analyze different strategies by simulating cooperative efforts , market concentration and factor of pollution exhaust on the base of model s effectiveness. The result shows that appropriate cooperative efforts can promote the sustainable innovation capability effectively, the improvement of market concentration can t promote the sustainable innovation capability significantly and the improvement of factor of pollution exhaust is useful for promote the sustainable innovation capability, but the marginal benefit was decreased gradually.
