The BLUE algorithm was built on topoftheone-dimensionalhydraulicsmodelMASCARET.Theassimilationalgorithm foldsintwosteps:the?rstoneisbasedontheassumptionthattheupstream?owcan be adjusted using a three-parameter correction, the second one consists in directly correctingthehydraulicstate. Thisprocedureisappliedonafour-dayslidingwindow over the whole ?ood event.
