ABSTRACT Objective: This sudy was to investigate the frequency of CD8+T lymphocytes CD107 and serum IFN-γ, IL-12, IL-10 levels of chronic hepatitis B with different immune status ,to further elucidatethe pathogenesis of chronichepatitis B mechanisms from cellularimmunitylevel. Methods: Extraction venous whole blood of chronichepatitis B infection (23 cases of low ALT patients, 10 cases of immune tolerance and 10 cases of immune clearance patients) and 10 cases healthy control group in our department for treatment, the + frequencies of CD107a and CD107b of CD8 Tcells were analyzed by flow cytometry,Enzyme-linkedImmunosorbentAssay (ELISA)was used to determinethe levelsofIFN-γ,IL-12,IL-10 inthe serum.The frequenciesofCD107aandCD107b andserumlevelsofIFN-γ,IL-12,IL-10werecomparedindifferentimmunestagesof chronichepatitisBinfection.Atthesametime analysistheassociationbetweenALT ， level andthe frequency of CD107,the frequency of CD107 and IFN-γ,IL-12,IL-10 levels were compared between 10 special cases of low ALT group and immune clearancegroup. Results: 1.In low ALT group, immune tolerance group, immune clearance group and normalcontrolgroupwithChronichepatitisBinfection,theCD107a frequencies(%)’ + of CD8 T cells were 47.28 ± 13.16, 39.83 ± 4.47, 66.98 ± 5.60, 49.13 ± 4.91 ’ + respectively.TheCD107a frequencies(%)ofCD8 Tcellswere20.36± 11.19,16.27 ±3.15,33.53±3.86,22.89±3.31respectively.TheCD107a,CD107bfrequencies(%)’ + of CD8 T cells between each of the normal control group, the immune clearance group andimmunetolerance group,therewere significantdifferences (P 0.05),the comparisonofCD107ainlowALTgroupvsimmunetolerancegroup(P=0.41),low ALTgroupvsthe controlgroup (P = 0.219),normal immunetolerance groupvsthe control group
