CEA 和PTEN 在双侧原发性乳腺癌中的表达和分析 摘要 目的：检测原发性双侧乳腺癌左右两侧病理石蜡切片中CEA 和PTEN 表达和表达强度 差异，揭示其发生是单克隆还是独立克隆性。对比分析双侧病灶之间以及与单侧同病 理类型之间蛋白表达差异。 方法：9 例原发性双侧乳腺癌左右组织标本共18 个，对应单侧乳腺癌患者乳腺组织 标本10 个。免疫组织化学法检测CEA 和PTEN 表达情况。 结果：双侧乳腺癌第一癌与第二癌和单侧乳腺癌中CEA 表达率分别为66.6%(6/9)、 55.5%(5/9) 、60%(6/10) 、PTEN 在第一癌、第二癌、单侧乳腺癌中表达率分别为 33.3%(3/9)、44.4%(4/9) 、50%(5/10)、表达差异均无统计学意义 （P0.05 ），双侧乳腺 癌CEA 中同为阳性为5 例，同为阴性为3 例，PTEN 中同为阳性为3 例，同为阴性为 5 例 。 结论：双侧乳腺癌首发癌和单侧乳腺癌中CEA、PTEN 蛋白的表达均无统计学差异。 双侧乳腺癌第一癌与第二癌中CEA、PTEN 蛋白的表达差异无统计学差异，提示双侧 乳腺癌第一癌和第二癌为单克隆性。 关键词：双侧乳腺癌；CEA ；PTEN ；单克隆性 课题来源：贵州省科学技术基金项目（黔科合J字） 课题主持：杨伟明教授 2 CEA and PTEN expression in bilateral primary breast cancer Abstract Objective: To detect the left and right sides of primary bilateral breast cancer pathology paraffin sections of CEA expression and PTEN expression and intensity differences, revealing its occurrence is independent clonal or monoclonal.
