中外非物质文化遗产数字化保护研究 　　摘 要：非物质文化遗产数字化保护已经受到世界各国的广泛关注，建立起适应数字时代的非物质文化遗产保护机制，是当前非物质文化遗产保护的重要发展趋势。在梳理国外非物质文化遗产数字化保护主要路径以及我国在非物质文化遗产数字化保护实践思路的基础上，认为中外在非物质文化遗产数字化保护方面形成了各具特色、形式多样的解决方案，既具有初始阶段技术驱动特点、政府引导效益明显等共同点，同时在管理体系、投入机制、保护体系、法律保障等方面存在不同之处，从而为本国文化资源在数字化空间的生存与发展提供了可持续前进的动力。 　　关键词：非物质文化遗产 数字化保护 中外比较 　　中图分类号： G127 文献标识码： Ａ 文章编号： 1003-69３８（２０11）０4－0007-05 　　A Comparative Study of Sino-foreign Digital Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage 　　Tan Biyong Zhang Ying （School of History and Culture， Shandong University， Jinan， Shandong， 250100） 　　Abstract：The digital protection of intangible cultural heritages has become widely concerned in many countries in the world， and to build up a digital protection mechanism of intangible cultural heritages which goes with the Digital Era is a major development tendency of the protection of intangible cultural heritages. In combing the major methods of the digital protection used abroad as well as the corresponding practical plans used in China， it is found that in the ways of digitalization of intangible cultural heritages are different in characteristics and forms. They are alike in initial-phase technical driving force and effect of government guidance，but different in management systems， investment systems， protection mechanism， legal protection and so forth. These mothods can give sustainable fuel to the existence and development of the digitalization of national cultural resources. 　　Key words：intangible cultural heritage； digital protection； comparative study 　　ＣＬＣ number： G127 Document code： A Article ID： 1003-6938（20１1）04-0007-05 　　 　　在信息化、全球化的时代背景下，口头传说、传统表演艺术、民俗礼仪、传统手工业技艺等非物质文化遗产正逐渐失去其传承与发展的文化土壤而面临着前所未有的生存危机。因此，运用现代数字信息技术，全面介入非物质文化遗产资源的采集、整理、传播、服务等管理领域，建立起适应数字时代的非物质文化遗产保护机制，成为当前非物质文化遗产保护的重要发展趋势。 　　 　　1 国外非物质文化遗产数字化保护的主要路径 　　 　　非物质文化遗产的数字化保存、开发、利用、传递，是信息时代赋予非物质文化遗产保护的新兴道路，也是数字时代极具社会文化意义的战略举措。20世纪90年代以来，世界各国开始将非物质文化遗产资源数字化项目作为发展互联网文化信息资源数量的主要策略。 　　1.1 馆藏非物质文化遗产资源的数字化开发利用 　　这是当前国内外非物质文化资源数字化保护的主要路径之一。国外各类文化机构、
