T here are three maj or indicators affecting the reasonable retur n of so cial capital:rate of return, service price, and investment co sts.Service price and inv estment is not suitable for being the leading indicator of reaso nable retur n. T herefore, it is the significant guarantee of obtaining the reasonable return of so cial capital to take the r ate of return being the leading indicator.
