[5] pointed out that the chemical nature of used anions controls the growth rate, and morphology of ZnS particles.SeveralauthorshavestudiedCdS?lmsdeposited fromdi?erentcadmiumsaltsinammoniasolutions[8–10] and ZnO deposition from di?erent zinc sources [11] as well.
