Forabipartite diametrical graph ofdiameter 4andpartite sets U andW,where2m  |U| ≤ |W|,weprovethat2m isasharp upper bound of|W|andconstruct an S-graph G2m,2minwhich thisupper bound isattained, thisgraph canbeviewed asageneral- ization oftheRhombic Dodecahedron. Then weshow that forany m ≥ 2,thegraph G2m,2mis theuniqueuptoisomorphismbipartitediametrical graphofdiameter4andpartitesetsofcardi- nalities2mand2m,andhenceinparticular,form 3,thegraphG6,8whichisjusttheRhombic Dodecahedron isthe unique up toisomorphismbipartite diametrical graph of such adiameter andcardinalitiesofpartitesets.Thuswecompleteacharacterization ofS-graphsofdiameter4and cardinalityofthesmallerpartitesetnotexceeding6.Weprovethattheneighborhoods ofverticesof thelargerpartitesetofG2m,2mformamatroidwhosebasisgraphisthehypercubeQm.Weprove thatanyS-graphofdiameter4isbipartiteselfcomplementary,thusinparticularG2m,2m .Finally, westudysomeadditionalpropertiesofG2m,2mconcerningtheorderofitsautomorphism group, girth,domination number,andwhenbeingEulerian.
