Traumaticbraininjury(TBI)isoneoftheleadingcausesofmajordisabilityanddeathworldwide.Neuralstemcells(NSCs)have recentlybeenshowntocontributetothecellularremodellingthatoccursfollowingTBIandattentionhasbeendrawntothe areaofneuralstemcellaspossibletherapyforTBI.TheNSCsmayplayanimportantroleinthetreatmentofTBIbyreplacing thedamagedcellsandeventualremyelination.Thispapersummarizedacriticalassessmentofrecentdataanddevelopedaview comprisingofsixpointstopossiblequalitytranslationofNSCsinTBI. 1.
