Perhaps most interesting is that suitable areas for plague show marked seasonal variation in photosynthetic mass, with peaksinAprilandMay,suggestinglinkstoparticularlandcovertypes.Nextstepsinthislineofresearchwillrequiremore detailedandspecificexaminationofreservoirecologyandnaturalhistory.
