Method:80 diabetic patients aging from 38-3 years oldwith stroke are randomly divided into three groups (30 in Massage group, 30 in comprehensive rehabilitation group, and 20 in control groups).Results:After treatment, the extremity motor function and ability of daily living activities of three groups are improved, but there is significant difference between the comprehensive rehabilitation groups (P0.01)and the massage group(P0.05);there is no significant difference at the scores of FMA and MBI in difference styles diabetic patientswith stroke (P0.05).Conclusion:kinetotherapy sup- plemented by early Massage can significantly improve motor function and ADL (activities of daily living)of diabetic patient
