However,theywerenegativeforPAX8andWilms’tumor1protein.Pathologicaldiagnosiswasapapillarymucinous cystadenomaofthespermaticcord.Althoughmucinouscystadenomainthisareaisextremelyrare,itisimportant thattheselesionsberecognizedclinicallyandpathologicallyinordertoavoidunnecessaryradicalsurgery.
