Conclusion Conclusion CCoonncclluussiioonnThe content of NF-κBand ICAM-1 were increasingin the stageof alveilitis obviously anddecreasing significantly inthe period of fibrosis. They showa regularpattern of risingtothe peak early andbrieflyin pulmonaryfibrosis. It implies that theyplay animportant role inthe earlier periodof pulmonary fibrosis.
