Methods:Asampleof1252women,aged18-45years,wasselectedusingthemultistage,stratifiedprobability samplingprocedure.Datawerecollectedthroughinterviewsandphysical,gynecologicalandultrasonographic examinations. Results:Reproductivetractinfection(RTIs),pelvicorganprolapse(POP)andmenstrualdysfunctionwerethethree maingroupsofmorbiditieswithaprevalenceof37.6%,41.4%and30.1%.,respectively.Ourstudydemonstrated that35.1,34.5and9.6percentofwomenexperiencedone,twoorthesereproductiveorgandisordersmentioned, respectively,while20.6percentofparticipantshadnoneofthesedisorders.Findingsalsoshowedthatthemajority ofwomenwhosufferedfromreproductivemorbidities(onaveragetwooutofthree)hadnotsoughtappropriate carefortheseexceptforinfertility.
