OlgaGolubnitschaja1,2*,KristinaYeghiazaryan1,2,VincenzoCostigliola3,DanielaTrog1,2,MichaelBraun2,4,5, ManuelDebald2,4,WaltherKuhn2,4andHansHSchild1,2 Abstract Breastcancerisamultifactorialdisease.Aspectrumofinternalandexternalfactorscontributestothedisease promotionsuchasageneticpredisposition,chronicinflammatoryprocesses,exposuretotoxiccompounds, abundantstressfactors,ashift-workerjob,etc.Thecumulativeeffectsleadtohighincidenceofbreastcancerin populationsworldwide.BreastcancerintheUSAiscurrentlyregisteredwiththehighestincidenceratesamongst allcancerrelatedpatientcohorts.Currentlyapplieddiagnosticapproachesarefrequentlyunabletorecogniseearly stagesintumourdevelopmentthatimpairsindividualoutcomes.Earlydiagnosishasbeendemonstratedtobe highlybeneficialforsignificantlyenhancedtherapyefficacyandpossiblyfullrecovery.Actualpapershowsthatthe elaborationofanintegrativediagnosticapproachcombiningseverallevelsofexaminationscreatesarobust platformforthereliableriskassessment,targetedpreventivemeasuresandmoreeffectivetreatmentstailoredto thepersonintheoveralltaskofbreastcancermanagement.Thelevelsofexaminationsareproposed,and innovativetechnologicalapproachesaredescribedinthepaper.Theabsolutenecessitytocreateindividualpatient profilesandextendedmedicalrecordsisjustifiedfortheutilisingbyroutinemedicalservices.Expert recommendationsareprovidedtopromotefurtherdevelopmentsinthefield.
