Microarray analysis of mRNA expression showed that 102 transcripts were regulatedbyatleast1.5fold,30minutesafterexposureto30mMH2O2.Parallelproteomicanalysesusingtwo-dimensional differentialgelelectrophoresis(2D-DIGE),monitoredmorethan800proteins30and105minutesafterexposureandfound that18hadsignificantchangesinabundance.Arecentlycharacterizedferritin-likeantioxidantprotein,DPSL,wasthemost highlyregulatedspeciesofmRNAandprotein,inadditiontobeingpost-
