On the opening of good basic tenets of Marxism the idea of class and measures of Abstract In 2005 the Ministry of Education promulgated the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities set up new programs, which “the basic principles of Marxism” class will be held in September 2007 officially opened the colleges and universities across the country.
