中国超声医学杂志 2015 年 10 月 第 31 卷第 10 期 Chinese J Ultrasound Med Vo l. 31 No.10 October 2015 一 891 ← 恶性淋巴瘤性与转移性淋巴结的超声弹性成像特征鉴别 史俊妮贾宛儒费晓春王黎赵维在陈曼 摘要 目的 应用超声弹性成像对比淋巴瘤组淋巴结与转移组淋巴结的弹性成像特征.以探讨弹性成像在淋巴瘤组淋巴结诊断中 的临床价值。 方法 回顾性分析淋巴瘤组 67 例淋巳结与转移组 58 例淋巴结的弹性图像特点，包括弹性图像的定性及应变率比值特点。 结果 淋巴瘤组淋巴结与转移组淋巴结与周围组织的弹性应变率比值平均值分别为1. 29 士O. 39 、1. 70 士0.55 (P=O.OOO) 。 弹性应变率比值法(~l. 5) 诊断淋巳瘤性淋巴结灵敏度可以达到 82.09 yo 。 结论 超声弹性成像在淋巴瘤性淋巴结和转移性淋巴结的鉴别诊断中提供一定的诊断信息。 关键词 淋巴瘤转移淋巴结弹性成像应变率比值 The U1trasonic Elastosonography Difference between Malignant Lymphoma Involved Lymph Nodes and Metastasis Lymph Nodes Shi Junni , Jia Wanru , F ei Xiaoch un , et a l. Methods The characteristic of ultrasonic elastosonography images from ma- lignant lymphoma involved lymph nodes and metastasis lymph nodes were retrospectively analyzed. Qualitatíve method and semi-quantitative method (strain ratio , SR) were both included in the study. Results The SR of malignant lym phoma involved lymph nodes to the surrounding tissues were on average of 1. 29 ::1: 0. 39 ,while the SR of the metastasis lymph nodes to the surrounding tissues were on average of 1. 70 ::1: 0.55 (P=O. 000). Semi-quantitative method (SR~ 1. 5) could achieve 82. 09 yo sensitivity in diagnosing malignant lymphoma involved lymph nodes compared to metasta- sis lymph nodes. Conclusions Ultrasonic elastosonography could provide certain diagnostic information for distinguis hing malignant lymphoma involved !ymph nodes from metastasis !y
