南方医科大学本科专业教学大纲 超 声 诊 断 学 Ultrasonic Diagnostics 适用专业：医学影像学专业 执笔人：龚渭冰 刘红梅 审定人：吴凤林 学院负责人：耿仁文 南方医科大学教务处 二○○六年十二月 一、课程简介 课程代码：B090001 学 分：3.5学分 学 时：80学时（其中理论课60学时；技能训练与见习课20学时。） 先修课程：人体解剖学、组织胚胎学、生理学、病理学、医用物理学、内科学、外科学、妇产科学、儿科学。 后续课程：CT与MRI、放射诊断学、介入诊断学等。 适用专业：医学影像学专业 超声诊断学是利用超声波反射及不同病变对声波反射存在差异的原理诊断人体疾病。它涉及内容包括超声原理、仪器构造、显示方法、操作技术、记录方法及回声特征分析等。超声诊断技术发展迅速，不仅有B型超声、M型超声，还有彩色多普勒、多普勒血流检测、对比超声、三维超声等多种新技术，是当前最为重要的影像方法之一，其临床应用广泛，覆盖全身各组织器官。随着我国经济的迅速发展，综合国力的增强，超声仪器的普及越来越广泛，大多数基层医院都配备了B超甚至彩超。由于诊断学涉及知识面较宽，包括声学、物理、计算机及医学相关专业知识等，而课程设置时间有限，这就要求医学影像学专业学生在有限的学习时间内，主要以掌握各型超声基础知识、各系统常见疾病超声图像表现及鉴别诊断要点为主，为以后走向临床尽快胜任工作打下坚实基础。 Course code: B090001 Credit: 3.5 Period: 80 (60 for theoretical learning, 20 for practice and probation course.) Follow-up Courses: CT and MRI, Radiodiagnostic, Intervetional Diagnostics, etc. Target Major: Medical Imaging Ultrasonic Ddiagnostics is the study of diagnosing the human diseases by employing ultrasonic reflection and the reflection differences existing in various diseases. It involves a wide range of subjects including ultrasound principles, structure of apparatus, operative techniques, recording method and analysis of echo characteristics. Bing one of the most important imaging diagnostic methods, ultrasonic diagnostic technology has been developing rapicly in recent years, it has not only the conventional means like B mode and M mode, but also Doppler sonography, Color Doppler diagnostics on blood vessels, Contrast-enhanced sonography and 3D sonography, etc., which have been widely used in clinic to check various kinds of tissues and organs. With the rapid economic development of our country, most of the primary-level hospitals have B mode ultrasound equipments, and even color Doppler equipments. Because Ultrasonic Diagnostics is closely related with many aspects, including acous
