Abstract: The primary and secondary school teachers to write papers to carry out collaborative research is conducive to professional growth of teachers, prompting teachers to become a true researcher. However, in implementation, the school is not enough emphasis, teachers are not a strong motive for cooperation, joint research, saying the evaluation system is not perfect. Therefore, we must strengthen cooperation in education and scientific research and practice, to further clarify the common goals of cooperation, to stimulate collaborative research motivation of teachers, sound management and evaluation mechanisms appropriate to ensure the smooth progress of collaborative research.

Teachers in collaborative research in educational practice, refers to small groups as a unit, according to certain procedures and methods to facilitate cooperative heterogeneous group of teachers in joint activities, the use of interpersonal communication to promote collaborative research strategy system.
