The forum is organized by China Association of Higher Education, the National College Teaching and Research Center, Ministry of Education, Cultural Education Steering Committee , Nankai University, Tianjin Municipal Education Committee and co-organized by the Ministry of Education Higher Education Secretary, Zhang Daliang, Zhou Yuanqing, president of China Institute of Higher Education, the Education Committee chairman Shu-Zi Yang refers to the Education Advisory Committee refers to Zhang Qizhi, Wang Road, Tianjin Municipal Education Industry Committee deputy secretary Yang Guihua, deputy chairman of the Education Hui-Lin Yang refers to other leaders and experts attending the Forum.
