Methods: SP immunohistochemistry staining was applied to detect the expression of paxillin and c-erbB-2 in tumor tissues from 53 cases of human primary breast carcinoma, 10 cases of breast fibroadenoma and in 10 cases of normal breast tissues. Results: Breast carcinoma tissues showed lower levels of paxillin （P=0.003） and higher levels of c-erbB-2（P0.001）than normal and fibroadenoma tissues. The expression of paxillin was relateded with pathological stages, histological grades and lymph node status, but not related with age, menopausal status, ER, PR status and tumor size. The expression of c-erbB-2 was relateded with ER status, histological grades and lymph node status, but not related with age, menopausal status, PR status，tumor size and pathological stages. There were no correlation between paxillin and c-erbB-2 levels. Conclusion: Paxillin and c-erbB-2 had relations with the malignant transformation, invasion and metastasis of breast carcinoma. 【KEY WORDS】 Breast Neoplasms·paxillin·Receptor, c-erbB-2·Prognosis 　　paxillin是整合素下游信号传导的关键分子之一。近年来的 研究 发现，paxillin与细胞的黏附、迁移、增殖、细胞骨架的重组和细胞的恶性转化有关［１］，提示它作为乳腺癌预后因子的可能性。本研究采用免疫组织化学（SP）法对53例乳腺癌、10例乳腺纤维腺瘤和10例距癌灶边缘＞5 cm病理组织学检查正常的乳腺组织中的paxillin和c-erbB-2蛋白分别做测定，探讨它们与乳腺癌临床病理因素的关系。 1　资料与 方法 1.1　一般资料　随机抽取华中 科技 大学同济医学院附属同济 医院 病理科2003年6月—2005年8月经病理组织学检查确诊的存档石蜡标本，包括乳腺癌53例，乳腺纤维腺瘤10例，另取距癌灶边缘＞5 cm、病理组织学检查正常的乳腺组织标本10例，经10%甲醛固定和石蜡包埋后制成蜡块。所有乳腺癌患者均为女性，年龄31~75岁，平均年龄49.6岁；病理类型：浸润性特殊癌4例，浸润性非特殊癌49例（包括浸润性导管癌43例，硬癌3例，髓样癌1例，浸润性小叶癌1例，腺癌1例）。所有乳腺癌病例按照AJCC第6版乳腺癌TNM分期标准进行分期。对浸润性导管癌按照Nottingham乳腺癌分级法进行组织学分级。 1.2　主要试剂　paxillin和c-erbB-2鼠抗人单克隆抗体均购自Neomarker公司；SP试剂盒购自
